+**Problem:** `ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'telegram'`

+**Grund:** `python-telegram-bot` wurde auf Version 22.5 aktualisiert (war 13.15)

+### 1. **Dependencies aktualisiert:**

+### 2. **Code aktualisiert:**
+- `telegram_bot_commands.py` updated auf neue API
+- Alle Command Handler sind jetzt `async`
+- `Updater` → `Application.builder()`
+
+### 3. **Import Error behoben:**
+- Alte Version hatte `urllib3` Compatibility Issue
+- Neue Version 22.5 funktioniert mit Python 3.12
